Let's see, what would you want to know about me?
Well....know this. I LOVE BAGS. Always have. Always will. When my husband married me, he knew I had another serious commitment. That love came in various sizes, shapes, colors and textures and is still going strong today. I can not walk past a major department or specialty store without checking out the latest bags. Macy's in Union Square -- love it! Last time I was there, I should have earned commission for all the bags I helped sell.
What you should also know is that my love isn't designer. Not that I don't occasionally long from afar, but my love is real and affordable. There are plenty of great bags that need good homes and they won't max a credit card your husband doesn't know about.
Oh, one last thing. I. will. never. own. Coach. And neither should you! It's like wearing Gap to a baby shower. Chances are the girl beside you is wearing the exact same thing. I'm scarred. That did happen to me. Ladies, just say no to Coach.

Love your blog! I completely agree with your Coach comments but feel you could've gone further. My pet peeve (besides the stripper-esque french manicure) is Louis V. I mean, come on ladies, grab some originality! If you really need to demonstrate you have loads of cash, why don't you invest in a classic Channel or better yet, Anya Hindmarch? Check her out: http://www.anyahindmarch.com/
I don't have tons of cash (or any really) so I bought a fab Anya Hindmarch for Target purse last fall that will see me through several seasons. Great job Christine!!
I just stumbled upon your blog and I have to say I completely agree with the Coach comment. I admit, I used to love the Coach purses when they weren't so very common, but I was never a fan of the huge "C"s on the bag. Your blog just reminded me that I need to sell my Coach bags so I can purchase many more new bags!
I'm a stickler when it comes to a good handbag that I have to research the quality of the bag and designer before purchasing - is the leather buttery smooth, will it scuff easily, what's the weight, is the stitching nice and tight, what is the shoulder drop length?? But the greatest satisfaction is having a handbag that perfectly fits. Makes it completely worth it!
Thank you for sharing your love of purses!
I disagree with your opinion on Coach. I have never ever seen anyone carry the same Coach bags I have (yes they are real, got them at the Coach store myself). The ones that I have are made of gorgeous leather not the printed C's fabric (which I do agree that it is tacky). If you like a purse, it doesn't matter who made it. You shouldn't be too narrow minded and just immediately shun out a brand when you haven't seen all the brand has to offer. That's saying like, I don't want to marry a white person just because too many other people have white spouses. It's ridiculous.
Lovely post! Every woman loves her handbag or purse so much, and bag is the most necessary thing which she wants to keep with her every time. As I love love my purse alot, which I have bought last month from wholesale replica handbags.
